[Job Description]
**Scouting
- Actively source new technology partners following our internal scouting framework
- Attend industry events (meetup, partner events, conferences, etc.)
- Reach out and meet with potential partners (startups, companies, etc.)
- Identify potential partners and report/introduce them to the HQ for collaboration opportunities
- Connect with internal teams to identify areas of interest to focus scouting efforts
- Communicate clearly with startups, companies, universities, or research centers about expectations, goals, and status of different projects
**Reporting
- Continually update multiple internal documentation to reflect latest state of affairs and knowledge
- Prepare presentations/reports to show scouting results to internal teams
- Prepare due diligence reports to assess and compare potential partners
- Research, analyze and prepare reports to share market trends
- Craft intelligence presentations to share scouting knowledge
- Elaborate new frameworks to synthesize new insights
- Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders
- General support of IPC intelligence needs
**Procurement
- Actively communicate with key suppliers to find if any procurement related (lead time, delivery schedules, etc.) issue occur
- As a part of SCM Risk management team, actively seek and report out to HQ if national disaster occurs
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent work experience
-Full proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Outstanding verbal and written communication and influence skills
-Self-starter with analytical and business acumen
-Possess strong organizational, time-management skills
-Multitask and prioritize workload and determine priorities
-Detailed-oriented and results-driven
-Ability to identify and articulate useful problem statements, user needs, use cases
-Generate spreadsheets, reports, data and other information for presentations
-Strong written and verbal communication skill in English/Korean is required
