Senior Trainer

As a Senior Trainer at Boohoo, you are responsible for overseeing and managing a team of on-site trainers, ensuring the delivery of effective training programs to warehouse colleagues. This role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating training activities, while also mentoring and developing the on-site trainers. This role requires strong leadership, training expertise, and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the organisation. 

The working hours for this role is 4 days on 4 days off, working 07:00am - 19:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote colleague engagement and motivation by offering opportunities for personal and professional growth through training. 
  • Collaborate with various departments, including HR, health and safety, and the operations team, to ensure training programs align with overall warehouse goals. 
  • Develop and update training programs and materials to align with warehouse operational needs and Boohoo's standards. 
  • Identify and assess the training needs of warehouse colleagues in collaboration with department heads and managers. 
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for warehouse colleagues, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills. 
  • Ensure that colleagues receive training on regulatory compliance, including industry-specific standards. 

Requirements

  •  Leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic warehouse environment. 
  • Commitment to maintaining a culture of safety and continuous learning. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting. 
  • Previous experience in team management or leadership roles.
