High Volume Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized High Volume Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple U.S. locations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for frontline and community-based positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes and a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys high-volume recruiting, candidate interaction, sourcing, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline positions
• Post jobs and source candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct phone screenings and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage offer process and pre-employment steps
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the ATS
• Partner with hiring managers to support staffing priorities
• Support hiring across multiple locations and communities

Requirements

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
• Experience recruiting hourly or frontline positions
• Strong communication and phone screening skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Advanced English communication skills required
• Experience recruiting candidates in the US.
• Preferred Background:
  Healthcare, senior living, hospitality, customer service, call center, retail, or other high-volume recruiting environments
