EnerMech is expanding its current scope at Lytton Refinery and are looking for an experienced Leading Hand - Mechanical Fitter to join the team on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity provides competitive EBA benefits and rates and also work life balance ensuring you are home every night.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Fitter with Leading Hand experience and proven experience in hazardous area environments such as fuel terminals or refineries.

Desired skills and competencies include:

• Experience leading crews to success and task completion.
• Trade Qualified with minimum 10 years industry experience
• Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket
• Construction Industry Card
• Prior maintenance experience working in high-risk/ heavy industry environments
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of safety and quality
• Experience in Refinery - desirable
• Police Clearance Check
