Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. designs and fabricates high quality Pressure Vessels and Heat Transfer Equipment for the power generation and process industries worldwide. TEi’s product line includes a wide variety of main steam condensers, feedwater heaters, moisture separator reheaters (MSRs) and auxiliary heat exchangers. This role is responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in according with safety, cost, quality, and quality specifications.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constrains.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Assist in the hiring process, train evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Assist in the development of manufacturing budgets for supplies, materials, and Human Resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
Requirements
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Two to four years of Supervisory Experience
• American Welding Society (AWS) preferred
• Certified Welding Inspector(CWI) preferred
• Lean Manufacturing a plus, but not required
• 6 Sigma Certification a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond quickly to problems.
• Must be organized and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.

Our base pay ranges are set based on the function, discipline, level and regional location and are benchmarked against companies in the same or similar industry. Final offers may vary based on multiple factors including education, depth and relevance of work experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and may vary from the amounts listed in the job posting.
Compensation $80,000 to $90,000 annually DOE
