Finance Department Assistant

An international IT company focused on software development is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Finance Department Assistant to support internal financial operations and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with primary accounting and financial documentation
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and financial data summaries
• Support preparation of internal financial reports
• Perform reconciliations with suppliers and clients
• Maintain and organize financial records and databases
• Assist with day-to-day finance operations and administrative processes
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting support, or operations
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, analytical tools)
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies
• Basic knowledge of Czech accounting principles
• Russian - fluent/native
• English - working proficiency
• Experience with international financial reporting standards will be considered a plus
