Accountant - Tamheer Program

Master-Works is excited to offer an Accountant position under the Tamheer Program aimed at recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking to develop their skills in accounting and finance. This role provides hands-on experience in various accounting tasks, including financial record keeping, reporting, and assisting with audits. You will work closely with our finance team to support daily financial operations and learn practical applications of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Help with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in learning and development activities related to accounting standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop practical accounting skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a Saudi National to qualify for the Tamheer Program.
