Product, Senior Manager

Master Works is seeking a Product, Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI/ML products. The role requires a strong balance of customer empathy, business acumen, and technical understanding to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI teams, as well as leadership, to deliver innovative products that solve real customer needs and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Translate AI/ML strategy into clear, prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and product improvements.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Prioritize product backlogs based on data insights, business impact, and customer value.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI teams to ensure successful and timely product delivery.
• Act as the primary product representative across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and key decisions to senior leadership.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, roadmap decisions, and product direction.
• Gather customer insights through user interviews, analytics, testing, and feedback channels.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure product performance, impact, and ROI.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and product best practices.
• Promote effective product discovery, delivery processes, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management and Project Management.
• Proven experience managing complex products within agile environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern product management practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and customer-focused solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with AI/ML products or data-driven solutions is preferred.
