Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts professional with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in E-commerce or startup environments. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to end-to-end finance operations, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

 Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Manage end-to-end AP and AR processes
  • Vendor invoice processing, reconciliation, and timely payments
  • Customer invoicing, collections, and ageing analysis
  • Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records

 Treasury Management:

  • Monitor daily cash flow and fund requirements
  • Manage banking transactions, payments, and liquidity planning
  • Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders

Payroll Processing:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee queries

MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
  • Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management

 Audit & Compliance:

  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Ensure timely audit closure with proper documentation
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

 Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Implement tools/processes to streamline finance operations


SOP Development:

  • Frame, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices

Requirements

 Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, and MIS
  • Experience in audit handling and closure
  • Exposure to automation tools and ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
