Sarj.ai is hiring a Product Manager to drive the roadmap for our communications platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define what we build and why.
What you'll do
Own the product roadmap for key areas of the platform
Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements
Work with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features
Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions
Conduct user research and competitive analysis across the MENA market
What we're looking for
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or communications
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Technical fluency — you can hold your own with engineers
Experience shipping products from 0 to 1 in a startup environment
Arabic voice and chat AI platform that automates calls, sales, debt collection, scheduling, and customer support for enterprises in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
