Responsibilities
- Serve as Kaizen AMS’s primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and municipal departments to stay updated on UAE property and utility regulations.
- Monitor and gather firsthand updates on laws, circulars, and government directives impacting Kaizen AMS’s property management, leasing, and facilities operations.
- Maintain a centralized Government Relations Register, classifying updates by authority, risk level, and business impact on Kaizen AMS operations.
- Track updates and developments from key authorities, including:
- Dubai Land Department
- RERA
- DEWA
- Dubai Civil Defence
- Security Industry Regulatory Agency
- Dubai Development Authority
- Assess the operational impact of regulatory developments on Kaizen AMS departments, including Leasing, Operations, Property Management, Facilities Management, Sales, Brokerage, and Finance.
- Prepare impact assessment notes and provide actionable guidance to Kaizen AMS teams for timely compliance and operational alignment.
- Escalate urgent regulatory changes to the Compliance Manager and prepare executive summaries for Kaizen AMS leadership.
- Maintain a government relations dashboard for Kaizen AMS, tracking updates, trends, and departmental impact.
- Support internal communication of regulatory updates and participate in awareness sessions or workshops to keep Kaizen AMS teams informed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders to support Kaizen AMS’s strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field.
- Applications are exclusively open to Emirati nationals accompanied by their Family Book.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in government relations, regulatory compliance, or a similar role within property management or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of UAE property, utility, and municipal regulations relevant to Kaizen AMS operations (including Dubai Land Department, RERA, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence).
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with government authorities and internal stakeholders at Kaizen AMS.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret regulations and assess operational impact on Kaizen AMS teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing field-based government relations for Kaizen AMS.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory information into actionable guidance to enable Kaizen AMS to operate efficiently and compliantly.
