Billing Executive

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Billing & Accuracy

• Prepare and issue billing packs on a timely basis (weekly targets)
• Ensure high accuracy in billing for both existing and new clients
• Process billing adjustments, new business and renewal billing

Client Management & Issue Resolution

• Manage and respond to client billing enquiries within agreed timelines
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues involving insurers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering clear communication and reliable support
• Ensure minimal client complaints through high service quality and responsiveness

New Business & Onboarding

• Verify onboarding documents with Sales/Renewal teams to ensure data accuracy

Operations & Process Improvement

• Monitor billing turnaround time and ensure invoices are issued within SLA
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance billing efficiency
• Increase productivity of billing output while maintaining accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation and support reporting needs

Compliance

• Ensure all billing activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Insurance) is preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, billing, or the insurance industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data handling, basic analysis)
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset
