Operations Executive (Fresh Graduate)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Generate insurance quotations accurately and within the agreed TAT
• Review customer and vehicle information to ensure quotation accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with insurers and internal teams to resolve quotation-related issues and obtain clarification when required.
• Identify and escalate system issues, API/RPA failures, or process gaps that may impact quotation operations.
• Support testing and validation for new product launches, system enhancements, and operational process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quotation activities.
• Assist with ad hoc operational tasks and projects assigned by the team lead or manager.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any field).
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, insurance, or a similar role is a plus (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong learning ability).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using a computer/laptop and performing accurate data entry.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
