Job Description – SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling implementations and support projects. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO with exposure to S/4HANA, preferably S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP FICO configuration, support, enhancements, and implementation activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Handle end-to-end finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Banking.
• Support S/4HANA transformation and migration activities.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and provide client-facing consulting support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
• Perform testing, issue resolution, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of finance business processes and integrations.
• Ability to manage groundwork independently and work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Client-facing consulting experience is mandatory
