Scrum Master

Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coach to scale agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to agile principles, and implementing agile frameworks. This role acts as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the Team: Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove obstacles: Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and implement process improvements.
• Ensure Transparency: Maintain and update Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
• Collaborate with Product Owner: Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Monitor Progress: Track team performance and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals.
• Foster a Positive Team Environment: Promote collaboration, accountability, and self-organization.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications:  PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.
• Strong Hands-on experience of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
• Strong Knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles.
