Marathon Talent is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Manager to cultivate and nurture our brand community. This role focuses on building strong relationships with our audience, fostering engagement, and maintaining a positive and inclusive community atmosphere both online and offline.

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, organizing community events, collaborating with internal teams, and acting as the voice of our brand to ensure that our community feels valued and connected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and moderate online community platforms, including social media channels, forums, and discussion groups.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase participation and brand loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the community, addressing questions, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and coordinate community events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen relationships and foster networking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to relay community insights and feedback.
  • Monitor community sentiment and report trends, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Create and curate content that resonates with the community and reinforces brand values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for building and nurturing communities.
  • Experience with social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
