What You’ll Do

• Prospect and engage new clients through outbound calling, follow-up, networking, and referrals

• Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions in Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage

• Achieve monthly production goals through proactive selling and cross-selling

• Follow up promptly on open quotes and agency-provided leads

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships

• Maintain organized and accurate policy records using CRM tools

• Participate actively in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional growth activities

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable with outbound calls, digital communication, and face-to-face engagement

• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for professional growth

• Quick learner with the ability to master insurance products, systems, and compliance

• Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual ability is a plus
