The Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a central role in building and maintaining the critical backend infrastructure that powers our products. In this position, you will:

• Contribute to designing scalable architectures that support new product features and business requirements.

• Drive the development, deployment, and optimization of backend services, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and emerging AI technologies.

• Lead technical discussions, offering best practices, mentorship, and guidance to team members.

• Take an active part in the continuous improvement of our engineering standards and development processes.

• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure stable, secure operations.

What We Expect

• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a track record of delivering reliable and scalable systems.

• Advanced proficiency in server-side programming and experience designing database-driven applications.

• Strong grasp of API development, systems integration, and best practices in software engineering.

• Experience building and maintaining environments that scale to serve real users in production.

• An independent and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to drive projects forward.
