Agile Product Owner

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We are looking for an Agile Product Owner to be responsible for shaping and driving the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for one or more enterprise-level software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders — to deliver high-impact features aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Responsabilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer value
• Define clear, well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
• Partner with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to achieve sprint objectives
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product features
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support transition and optimization initiatives, including timesheet systems (e.g., Seven Pace) and platform enablement efforts

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Proven ability to influence and lead without formal authority
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with SAFe framework is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification is preferred
