How your day-to-day in this role will look: As the strategic head of the à la carte kitchen, you will:

• Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient workflow and seamless front-of-house collaboration
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance work environment
• Design and update seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients and modern trends
• Manage food costs, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability without compromising quality
• Monitor guest feedback and adjust culinary strategies to exceed expectations

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or in a similar leadership role
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field
• Culinary Mastery: Deep knowledge of international trends and modern techniques
• Financial Acumen: Proven experience in cost control and menu development
• Leadership Virtuoso: Strong organizational, multitasking, and team management skills
• Safety Expert: HACCP or equivalent food safety certification
