How your day-to-day in this role will look:
You will become a:
Growth Driver
Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account development initiatives.
Trusted Business Consultant
Understand client challenges, map stakeholders, and position innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Deal-Making Expert
Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, champions, and influencers while guiding prospects through mutual action plans.
International Relationship Builder
Develop strong C-level relationships across different markets, cultures, and countries.
Revenue Champion
Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing, consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
AI Solutions Ambassador
Help organizations identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven technologies to optimize operations and accelerate growth.
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Language Excellence
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese
- French or Spanish is highly valued
Sales Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, Presales, or Solution Engineering environments
- Experience selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise clients
- Proven track record in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Outbound Mastery
- Experience building and executing outbound sequences
- Ability to discuss messaging strategy, prospecting metrics, call activity, and sales cadence
Business Acumen
- Comfortable navigating technical discussions around APIs, Cloud Architecture, AI, and software solutions
- Strong focus on business outcomes, ROI, and value-based selling
Relationship Building
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with C-level executives
- Experience working across international markets and multicultural environments
Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Self-driven and highly autonomous
- Process-oriented and comfortable working in a scaling business environment
- Able to challenge assumptions and provide strategic recommendations confidently
