NeoWork is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
As a key member of our support team, you will help maintain our reputation for outstanding customer care and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with common customer service software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or English is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
