Role overview
The Commercial Insights Analyst supports the Commercial Product Operations Manager by
generating structured insights that help Sales and Customer Success improve acquisition,
retention, and expansion outcomes at Doctoralia México.
This role focuses on transforming commercial data into actionable recommendations. The
analyst works across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to analyze
performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-informed decision making.
The role is expected to progressively move from ad-hoc reporting toward deeper analytical work that explains performance drivers and proposes measurable improvement initiatives.
This is not a Business Intelligence reporting-only role.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis & Insights
Analyze commercial performance across the customer lifecycle, focusing on: Definition of ICP, Retention and churn drivers, Customer engagement and usage patterns, Expansion and upsell opportunities, Pricing and packaging performance
Develop structured analyses that move beyond descriptive reporting into explanation of
performance drivers. Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for Sales and Customer Success leadership.
- Commercial Performance Monitoring
Develop and maintain analytical frameworks that monitor key commercial metrics such as: Sales productivity indicators, Customer acquisition efficiency, Customer retention and churn, Expansion revenue.
Ensure metrics are consistently defined and comparable across time periods. Provide clear narrative explanations of performance trends. Monitor initiative performance and track measurable business impact
- Business Decision Support
Partner with the Commercial Product Operations Manager and commercial leadership to support strategic projects with structured analysis, quantify potential impact of proposed initiatives, validate hypotheses using commercial data, build business cases for operational improvements
🎯Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or commercial insights roles analyzing business performance in Sales, Customer Success, or revenue-generating environments
ADN Tech: You are highly comfortable working in Startup, Consulting, or Commercial environments.
Tech Stack: Advanced in Excel/Sheets, Power BI, Tableau y Salesforce or equivalent commercial platforms
Soft Skills: Experience translating data analysis into business recommendations, analytical,
Language: Fluent in English
