Requirements

You’ll: 

• Work closely with experienced researchers who’ll support your growth

• Run quantitative research projects from start to finish    
• Help clients make smarter decisions with your recommendations  

• Apply behavioural thinking and marketing context to your analysis  

What you’ll bring 

• 2–3 years’ experience in research, ideally in an agency environment

• A degree in something like stats, marketing, psychology, economics, or similar  

• Confidence working with data and spotting patterns that matter  

• The ability to explain insights clearly

• Curiosity about people and how they think, choose, and behave
