Requirements
This is a great next step if you’ve already got some research experience and want more ownership, variety, and impact and want to move into a supportive team environment where you will get a personalised development path to make sure you will flourish here.
What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years’ experience in research, ideally in an agency environment
- A degree in something like stats, marketing, psychology, economics, or similar
- Confidence working with data (Q) and spotting patterns that matter
- The ability to explain insights clearly
- Curiosity about people and how they think, choose, and behave
