The Insurance Operations Associate will support our Insurance team with policy support after issuance.

They will handle tasks in a workflow-style environment that assists with servicing our workers' compensation policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data transferring efficiently and accurately
Preparing written communication on endorsements, referrals, audit appeals, and much more.
Basic understanding of workers' compensation.
Assisting with the processing of endorsements, renewals, and new
business underwriting.
Assist with the tracking and communication of requests that are submitted
Handle agency management tasks
Meet with the Underwriting team on a regular basis to communicate coverage needs and stay up to date with the growth of our book of business

Requirements
