Its deep expertise has enabled successful project launches across multiple international markets. The team consists of 400+ professionals working in a distributed format across two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to support merchant onboarding and operational processes within the payments direction.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in client support / account management
- Basic understanding of payment infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Confident Excel / Google Sheets user
- Experience with Jira / Redmine / Confluence
- Russian - native, English - B2+
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech / payments / iGaming
- Experience in onboarding processes
- Ability to work in structured environments
Key Responsibilities
- Support merchant onboarding and activation
- Collect and transfer required data to providers
- Coordinate communication during integration
- Monitor contract signing and connection statuses
- Process incoming client requests
- Track ticket statuses and follow-ups
- Update documentation and internal systems
- Assist in preparing expansion proposals
- Escalate complex cases to Account Manager
