Requirements
đŻÂ What Youâll DoÂ
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and end-user related issuesÂ
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, PC, network, and system-related problemsÂ
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and group access within Active Directory and related systemsÂ
- Support and maintain Microsoft-based environments including Windows workstations and serversÂ
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, antivirus, backups, and Windows updatesÂ
- Assist with software implementations, upgrades, and system deploymentsÂ
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities within ticketing and problem management systemsÂ
- Maintain inventory records for hardware, software, and licensing assetsÂ
- Support Office 365 and Azure Active Directory administrationÂ
- Assist with server, virtualization, and backup infrastructure where requiredÂ
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and support after-hours maintenance activities as neededÂ
â What Weâre Looking ForÂ
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support, systems administration, or IT support environmentsÂ
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Windows ServerÂ
- Experience supporting LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCPÂ
- Experience with Office 365 and Azure Active Directory administrationÂ
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Excellent customer service and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced support environmentÂ
- Professional, patient, and user-focused approach to technical supportÂ
