About the role 

As an IT Support Engineer, you’re the go-to person who keeps everything running behind the scenes. From laptops and logins to networks and security—you make sure our people can do their best work without friction. 

You’ll work closely with the IT Manager and colleagues across the business to create a seamless digital workplace experience. Whether it’s solving issues, improving systems, or setting up new joiners for success, your impact will be felt across the entire organization. 

What you will do 

  • Provide Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues  
  • Manage users and devices across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune  
  • Troubleshoot and support both macOS and Windows environments  
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience  
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management (e.g. SnipeIT)  
  • Support security compliance and help enforce IT policies  
  • Contribute to automation initiatives and keep IT documentation up to date  
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to continuously improve IT processes  

Requirements

  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows systems in a professional environment  
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint protection tools  
  • Familiarity with authentication methods such as passkeys or FIDO2  
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VPNs, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)  
  • Experience with ticketing and asset management tools (e.g. Jira, SnipeIT)  
  • Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash
