Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Solutions Engineer role based in San Francisco, CA. The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with clients and internal teams to implement and integrate Lance's AI solutions. Daily tasks include developing software to facilitate seamless integrations, providing expert consulting to address client needs, supporting presales efforts, and ensuring the success of deployments through effective technical solutions.
Qualifications
Work 996 In-Person San Francisco
Proficiency in Software Development and experience with system integrations
Background in Consulting and problem-solving to address client requirements
Strong communication skills in Sales and Presales, with a focus on technical demonstrations
Experience with customizing and automating technical solutions for complex software systems
Excellent troubleshooting and customer engagement skills
Familiarity with hospitality industry software and AI technologies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Total Compensation
$90,000 - $140,000 Cash + Equity + Bonus
