Paid, full-time summer internship
The internship period is June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026
Must be based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship period
You will be required to work in person from the office located in the Domain

Responsibilities:

Make initial contact with landowners;
Manage landowner relations;
Create comparative market analysis to determine the market values of properties;
Process contract memoranda to record at various courthouses;
Assist with project permitting;
Assist team with land administrative duties;
Assist in entering contract information into Land Administration software;
Other duties as assigned or required.

Key Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or industry equivalent and/or working towards a graduate degree (MBA) is desirable;
A strong interest in the renewable energy sector and a passion for decarbonization initiatives;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to an entrepreneurial environment;
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently;
A proactive and enthusiastic mindset, with a focus on learning and professional development.
