SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing cross-functional operations projects. This role oversees project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The individual partners with operations leaders to identify and implement improvements, support facility and production initiatives, and standardize processes to improve performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
•    Partner with operations leaders to proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies and waste, and drive continuous improvement                initiatives within manufacturing operations. 
•    Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
•    Develop project scopes, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
•    Assist with vendor sourcing, bid evaluations, and contract coordination.
•    Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects across operations teams.
•    Prepare detailed project documentation including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
•    Track project performance metrics and ensure compliance with operational standards, SOPs, and applicable regulatory                     requirements.
•    Support data visualization and AI-enabled automation by translating operational data into actional insights for                                   improvements. 
•    Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance guidelines for all project activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•    Bachelor’s degree in related field
•    5+ years of experience in project management within operations, facilities, or manufacturing environments.
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
•    Strong understanding of operational workflows, LEAN, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management.
•    Proficiency with project management tools.
•    Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
•    Ability to analyze operational data and recommend corrective action.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
•    Ability to prepare technical documentation and present findings clearly.
•    Ability to read and understand operational diagrams, layouts, and workflow documents.
