Our client is a leading financial services company. We are looking for a Web3-native Operations professional who lives and breathes on-chain mechanics. This role is responsible for managing our digital asset liquidity, navigating DeFi protocols, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our crypto-treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:

On-chain Liquidity Management: Manage and optimize liquidity across DEXs, lending protocols, and CEXs; oversee bridging and cross-chain fund movements.

Crypto Operations: Execute on-chain transactions, manage multi-sig treasury wallets, and monitor smart contract interactions.

Web3 Risk Frameworks: Implement risk controls specific to digital assets, including monitoring protocol slippage, gas optimization, and counterparty risks.

Ecosystem Integration: Act as the internal expert on Web3 "Curator" activities, providing operational feedback on new crypto-product designs.
Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in Web3 (e.g., Crypto Fund, DAO Treasury, or DeFi protocol operations).

Hands-on experience with on-chain liquidity provisioning and non-custodial wallet management.

Deep understanding of the DeFi landscape and crypto-specific risk management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
