About this role

Job Description

About the role:

This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract and provides an exciting opportunity to shape the digital experience of millions of customers across Europe. Join our Cologne-based Digital Experience team and help shape how millions of customers interact with Redcare Pharmacy online. As a Web Content Manager, you will play a key role in bringing campaigns, brand initiatives and commercial priorities to life across our digital platforms, collaborating closely with colleagues from Brand, CRM, Creative, UX and Retail Media in an international environment.

This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, content strategy and data-driven optimisation while having a direct impact on the customer journey across multiple European markets. Working from our Cologne office, you will contribute to high-visibility projects that influence both customer engagement and business performance.

About your tasks:

  • Create and manage landing pages, campaign pages, category pages and rich content experiences that drive engagement, brand awareness and conversion.
  • Translate campaign concepts, business requirements and marketing initiatives into compelling and user-focused page structures within the CMS.
  • Continuously improve content performance through A/B testing, UX insights, performance analysis and conversion optimisation.
  • Coordinate content localisation, translations and international rollouts to ensure a consistent customer experience across all markets.
  • Maintain and optimise reusable content modules, templates and digital assets, while ensuring high content quality and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Driving a seamless and consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints while ensuring compliance with CI/CD guidelines

Qualifications

About you:

  • You have 2–5 years of professional experience in content management, digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • You are experienced with CMS platforms such as Storyblok, Contentful, Bloomreach, TYPO3 or similar systems; experience with Storyblok is a strong advantage.
  • You bring a solid understanding of SEO, UX principles, customer journeys and conversion optimisation, combined with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • You have an eye for design quality, usability and detail, enjoy working with cross-functional teams and thrive in an international environment.
