  • Support global regulatory compliance for Wizards products across domestic and international markets, focused heavily on North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Manage and review regulatory documentation, including Certificates of Compliance and Declarations of Conformity.
  • Confirm and approve regulatory labeling to ensure accuracy, completeness, and market readiness.
  • Monitor global regulatory changes and support impact assessments, implementation planning, and internal communication.
  • Partner with various teams to embed regulatory requirements early in development.
  • Support supplier compliance by reviewing test reports, Bills of Materials/Substances, and safety documentation.
  • Support ESG standards and monitoring for suppliers.
  • Contribute to regulatory and compliance processes within the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Help maintain SOPs, templates, and tools that enable consistent, audit‑ready execution.
  • Communicate requirements clearly and pragmatically to internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, product safety, or quality assurance for consumer products.
  • Working knowledge of global product safety regulations, compliance documentation, and labeling requirements.
  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams and global suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TCG, toys, games, printed products, or children’s consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with regulatory change management or regulatory monitoring programs.
  • Exposure to chemical safety, restricted substances, or sustainability reporting.
  • Experience working within a formal Quality Management System.
  • Fluent (including reading and writing) in Japanese and/or Mandarin.
