Managing and tracking the status of the Quality incidents, investigations, and resolutions.
Managing and tracking the status of procedural use, audits and compliance.

Create company-specific Quality training concepts.

Deriving of strategic Quality initiatives in line with corporate´s vision.
Coordination of the quality organisation with the rest of the business.
Responsible for training and development of Quality Engineers
Quality training, coaching, and consulting of Senior Leadership Team, including monthly Quality meetings and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Demonstrated experience working in a high-performance and fast paced manufacturing/production environment, ideally a low volume high precision or R&D environment.
Previous experience of leading a multi-level team with direct reports.
Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Sound knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologies and systems planning.
Proven ability to self-manage and deliver on time to budget.
Excellent inter-personal skills to build relationships internally and externally.
Reliable and flexible in their approach with a resilient and agile mindset.
A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related discipline is highly desirable.
Previous experience of ISO and 8D Problem Solving is desirable.
