About this role

Job Description

As Growth Manager Online Marketing - bitiba, you drive topline and margin growth across markets by identifying and scaling high-impact opportunities along the full customer journey. With a strong focus on online marketing, you analyze channel performance (e.g. SEA, SEO) and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives across countries, cohorts and categories. 

You work closely with the Central Marketing, Promo, and Category Management teams to turn data-driven insights into scalable commercial impact. 

 
Main Responsibilities 

  • Identify and execute high-impact growth levers across channels, customer segments, and product categories to drive Net Sales and profitability  
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance at a country and customer level and work closely with Marketing Managers across SEA, SEO etc. to continue, change or start actions based on market trends and local intelligence  
  • Translate customer behavior, competitor activity, and market insights into clear, actionable growth initiatives  
  • Act as strategic partner to Marketing, Category Management and Central Promo teams to orchestrate cross-functional growth initiatives and to ensure effective and customer-centric execution across channels 
  • Track and report commercial KPIs (e.g. NC, Net Sales, CM1, CLTV, retention), ensuring transparency on performance impact 
  • Build business cases for key growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources  
  • Drive scalable, lean processes and ways of working across markets and teams  

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in online marketing / performance marketing (e.g. SEA, SEO, affiliates) with a data-driven mindset 
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into concrete commercial actions and a solid understanding of key e-commerce KPIs 
  •  Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Category Management or similar teams 
  • Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize and drive initiatives with limited guidance  
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment 
  • Structured, hands-on execution mindset combined with strong analytical thinking 
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or a related field
