Job Description
Omni-Channel Assortment Strategy: Architect and optimize channel-specific assortments to ensure product relevancy across D2C, retail, marketplace, and wholesale, while ruthlessly driving SKU productivity and minimizing cannibalization.
AI-Enhanced Demand & Supply Planning: Lead the global forecasting process by synthesizing historical data and marketing calendars with predictive AI models.
Inventory Lifecycle Mastery: Lead the transition of products from viral "New Arrival" moments to sustainable "Core" staples, using data-driven insights to trigger "vaulting" or promotional strategies that protect brand equity.
Strategic Allocation & Replenishment: Direct the flow of goods across global Distribution Centers and sales channels; optimize stock positioning to support "hyper-growth" markets and ensure high-heat collaborations reach the customer with maximum efficiency.

Requirement
10+ years in Merchandising, Category Management, or Buying for a global lifestyle, fashion, or high-growth D2C brand.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced data visualization tools.
