Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR professional to provide HR support to Talent & Culture team members at Universal Destinations & Experiences, while also supporting the broader HR community at NBCUniversal.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will perform a broad range of HR coordination and administrative activities, including employee interaction, HR process support, reporting, and project coordination. This position will also partner closely with key business partners such as Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations to help address routine questions, support day-to-day processes, and ensure a positive employee experience. This role will provide administrative and coordination support for the team, including workflow forms, HR systems updates, reporting, and other HR initiatives.
This role will report directly to the Director, Human Resources for Corporate HR, based in Orlando, FL.

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
