fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
have initial practical experience in testing (e.g., test execution, test setups, early-stage procedures or validation)
have experience in AIT
are comfortable working both hands-on and digitally (documentation, procedure writing)
are neither purely manufacturing-focused nor purely software-focused — you enjoy combining hardware proximity with systematic testing
have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus and a collaborative approach
