We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management, Revenue Products to lead the strategy, execution, and business performance of HighLevel’s top revenue-generating products, including Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other usage-based or subscription-based product lines.

About the Role

The Senior Director of Product Management, Revenue Products will own the product vision, business strategy, P&L performance, pricing and packaging, user experience, adoption, and growth execution for a portfolio of monetized products that are central to HighLevel’s revenue growth.

This leader will operate at the intersection of product, revenue, finance, growth, customer success, support, engineering, design, and operations. They will be responsible for building scalable product strategies that increase customer value, drive adoption, improve margins, expand monetization, and deliver measurable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing revenue-generating SaaS, usage-based, or communications products and is comfortable owning both product outcomes and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for HighLevel’s revenue-generating products, including Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other usage-based or subscription-based products.

  • Define the long-term vision for each product area, ensuring alignment with HighLevel’s broader company strategy, customer needs, market trends, and revenue objectives.

  • Prioritize product investments across a portfolio of revenue products based on customer impact, revenue potential, margin profile, adoption opportunity, and strategic importance.

  • Develop clear product narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

P&L Ownership & Business Performance

  • Own the business performance of assigned product lines, including revenue growth, gross margin, usage trends, attach rate, adoption, retention, and profitability.

  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Data, and executive leadership to establish revenue targets, forecast performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage tradeoffs.

  • Analyze product-level financial performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve monetization, reduce cost, increase margins, and drive sustainable growth.

  • Make data-informed decisions around pricing, cost structure, product investment, packaging, and go-to-market execution.

Pricing, Packaging & Monetization

  • Lead pricing and packaging strategy for revenue-generating products, including usage-based pricing, subscription tiers, add-ons, bundles, overages, and margin optimization.

  • Evaluate customer willingness to pay, competitive positioning, usage behavior, and business economics to create pricing models that maximize customer value and company revenue.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to launch pricing and packaging changes effectively.

  • Continuously test and optimize monetization strategies to improve conversion, expansion, retention, and product profitability.

User Experience & Product Execution

  • Drive a best-in-class user experience across revenue products, ensuring products are intuitive, reliable, easy to adopt, and valuable for agencies and their customers.

  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Customer Support to identify friction points, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality product experiences.

  • Translate complex communications, compliance, billing, and usage-based product requirements into simple, scalable customer experiences.

  • Ensure product experiences support both self-serve adoption and assisted customer success motions.

Adoption, Growth & Lifecycle Execution

  • Own product-led growth initiatives that increase activation, adoption, usage, expansion, and retention across assigned products.

  • Develop strategies to increase attach rate and usage of Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and related products across HighLevel’s customer base.

  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Lifecycle, Customer Success, and Education teams to create in-app experiences, campaigns, onboarding flows, documentation, and enablement that drive adoption.

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue per customer through cross-sell, upsell, bundling, and improved product discovery.

Market, Customer & Competitive Insights

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, agency workflows, communications trends, CPaaS market dynamics, email deliverability, WhatsApp business messaging, compliance requirements, and competitive offerings.

  • Regularly engage with customers, agencies, internal teams, and partners to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions, and go-to-market priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and business performance clearly to executives and stakeholders.

  • Create strong operating rhythms around planning, execution, reporting, experimentation, and performance reviews.

  • Influence without authority across the organization to drive alignment and ensure successful execution.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers responsible for revenue-generating products.

  • Set a high bar for product thinking, business ownership, customer empathy, analytical rigor, execution quality, and communication.

  • Build a culture of accountability, experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession.

  • Help recruit, retain, and grow high-performing product talent.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive meaningful business and customer outcomes across HighLevel’s revenue products, including:

  • Increased revenue from Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other monetized products.

  • Improved gross margins and product-level profitability.

  • Higher product adoption, activation, and usage across the customer base.

  • Improved attach rate, expansion revenue, and retention.

  • Successful pricing and packaging improvements.

  • Reduced customer friction and stronger product usability.

  • Clear product strategy and execution across multiple cross-functional teams.

  • A high-performing product team with strong ownership and execution discipline.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years leading product teams.

  • Experience owning revenue-generating SaaS, usage-based, subscription, marketplace, payments, communications, or platform products.

  • Demonstrated success managing product-level business outcomes, including revenue, adoption, retention, pricing, packaging, and profitability.

  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, monetization strategy, unit economics, margin optimization, and business forecasting.

  • Experience developing and launching pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS or usage-based products.

  • Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, align stakeholders, and execute across complex product portfolios.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and measure impact.

  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and executive teams.

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CPaaS, telephony, messaging, email, WhatsApp Business, communications APIs, or usage-based communications products.

  • Experience with email deliverability, sender reputation, messaging compliance, carrier registration, A2P 10DLC, WhatsApp Business Platform, or similar regulated communications environments.

  • Experience with PLG, self-serve SaaS, agency-focused platforms, SMB products, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

  • Experience scaling products with complex billing, metering, usage tracking, credits, wallet systems, or consumption-based pricing.

  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.

  • Strong understanding of agency workflows, marketing automation, CRM, customer engagement, or small business software.
