Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Hebrew-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team based in Athens Greece. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and monitoring user-generated content on various social media platforms in Hebrew. Helping with voice prompts to make sure the AI responds with correct answers. Your role is crucial in ensuring adherence to community guidelines and enhancing user engagement within the Hebrew-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Hebrew to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
  
• Respond professionally to user comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or behavior according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media teams to support content strategy and community growth.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and moderation techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and quick decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
