Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Specialist to join our Talent Management team. You will support cadre building by managing talent acquisition and development, partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs. Beyond hiring, you will focus on early career experiences, ensuring new employees integrate well and thrive in their first year at Dr. Reddy’s, contributing to a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning: Assist in gathering data on hiring needs, new roles, and team capacity. Help prepare reports on turnover, retention, and productivity to guide recruitment decisions.
- Talent sourcing: Learn to conduct market research and explore different sourcing channels. Support external talent identification and contribute to building effective sourcing strategies.
- Assessments & Talent Development: Work with business teams to understand role requirements and design assessment centers for the hiring process. Ensure the process reflects business needs, maintains integrity, and helps identify quality talent. Use feedback and benchmarking to keep assessments effective and relevant.
- Quality of hire focus: Ensure candidates meet all role requirements and support the team in maintaining recruitment standards and timelines.
- Relationship building: Develop strong working relationships with Campuses, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Participate in team meetings to understand business priorities and contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes.
- Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Ensure smooth candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. Support onboarding and induction programs and initiatives that help new employees integrate successfully. Focus on creating a positive experience for employees during their first year, strengthening retention and engagement.
- Cadre Development: Support initiatives that nurture early-career hires into future leaders. Contribute to programs that strengthen organizational capability and long-term talent pipelines.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to track progress, highlight challenges, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Management (Preferably Human Resources Management)
Minimum Work Experience:
2-3 years of HR experience, primarily in Recruitment.
Skills & Attributes: Technical Skills:
- Knowledge about the pharma industry.
- Trends in Pharma generics- Talent, Recruitment trends, etc.
- Well-honed sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to understand the business needs and adapt hiring approach to meet the expectations of hiring managers.
- Data Analytical Skills.
- Talent planning, acquisition, and grooming.
- A good understanding of the early career hiring landscape.
