Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Test Engineer

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Education: BE/ME - CSE/EEE/ECE or equivalent

Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge with .bat scripts, and Android Debug Bridge (ADB)

• Knowledge with testing, preferable with ISTQB certification. (Basic or advanced level)

• Extended experience with Codebeamer (system requirements & Testcases, export/import functions, working with filters)

• Creation of new test cases in Codebeamer.

• Smoke and sanity tests

• Manual functional tests of system requirements and features

• KPM validation and KPM creation

• Regular Regression test

• Executing Automation campaigns and review the Outputs

• Validation of Pull requests before merg

Tasks:

• Bug reporting: KPM validations and KPM creations will be covered as a part of testing scope as well.

• Capability coverage: Provide service of creation of test cases, to cover the new capabilities.

• Manual Testing: Digiteq Automotive will provide Manual testing of the Group App Store application on the HCP and One Infotainment platform. The testing scope includes user test, smoke and sanity, regression and full coverage test.

• Test case maintenance: Provide the maintenance of the test cases that are already existing in the automation coverage of AppStore team. Automation of new test cases is not included in the offer.

• The testing schedule, together with the maintenance of test cases priorities, will be defined by Client’s side, and will be adjusted to match the Client’s milestones and deadlines with regards to the agreed scope and capacities available.

• The work and plan for short- and long-term targets will be defined together between responsible contact people on Client’s and Supplier´s side. The delivery of results will be split according to the time blocks and can be adjusted based on the current SW status, capacities and HW dependencies.

• Creation of new test cases in Codebeamer

• Manual functional tests of capabilities and features

• KPM validation and KPM creation
