Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of E-Commerce and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management expertise, and experience delivering enterprise-scale digital commerce solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of E-Commerce and Digital Transformation projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to define project scope and technical deliverables.
- Drive Agile project execution using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Business.
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party systems.
- Monitor project KPIs, sprint velocity, release readiness, and overall delivery health.
- Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, RAID logs, and steering committee updates.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure business expectations are effectively managed.
- Promote engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
