About the Role

Clarvida is seeking Case Managers to support adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis at our Adult Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center. When individuals enter a crisis center, they require focused attention, skilled support, and compassionate guidance. In this role, you will help clients stabilize, set recovery goals, connect to needed resources, and build the support necessary for ongoing wellness.
Case Managers play a critical role in helping clients navigate housing, income stability, medical and mental health care, and community networks—including support groups, treatment providers, and wellness resources.

Responsibilities

● Provide case management and support to clients in behavioral health crisis
 ● Assist clients with achieving recovery goals and accessing community resources
 ● Provide education and support around life skills, healthy living, and wellness
 ● Help clients connect to support groups and community networks
 ● Assist with maintaining life supports such as housing, income, and daily living tasks
 ● Document services and collaborate with the interdisciplinary crisis team

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree (Human Services field preferred: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Education, Behavioral Sciences, Nursing, etc.)
 ● Familiarity with community mental health resources (preferred)
 ● Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW

Compensation & Benefits

● $18–$19/hour
 ● 3-day Full-Time schedule available (other options also offered)
