Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a strategic project with our client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, risk registers, and governance decks.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify project risks/issues and drive mitigation plans.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and progress discussions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management best practices.
- Manage change requests, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Support UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall experience with 4+ years as Project Manager.
- Strong experience in handling enterprise-level projects.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience in vendor coordination and budget tracking.
- PMP / Prince2 / Scrum certification preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with manufacturing / FMCG organizations.
- Prior experience in digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or IT infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to client-facing project environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- MBA preferred.

Mumbai (Work from Office / Hybrid as per project requirement)
