Job Description:

The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. It offers hands-on experience, real business impact, and early exposure to strategic decision-making.

Participants receive a permanent contract from day one, ensuring long-term career development within Sibelco.

Graduates must be open to completing their second year in a different cluster to gain broader international or regional experience.

Your Impact in This Role

You will support the commercial growth strategy of nepheline syenite within the coatings and polymer markets.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Identifying opportunities by application and target customers

  • Conducting in-depth market and application research

  • Collaborating with T&I and internal experts to build value propositions

  • Developing tailored customer approaches and commercial strategies

  • Supporting lead generation and advancing opportunities toward negotiation

  • Contributing to achieving volume growth targets

What You Bring to the Table

  • Degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

  • Interest in commercial strategy and industrial materials

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams

  • Willingness to travel, including internationally

  • Fluency in English
