As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Develop comprehensive requirements documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, wireframes, mockups, and process flows using industry best practices. Participate throughout the SDLC by supporting requirements management, change control, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira and Modern Requirements to manage requirements, track project progress, and facilitate collaboration across project teams. Mentor junior business analysts by promoting business analysis best practices and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
