We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project & Process Management professional to drive the continuous optimization of product-related processes across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
This role is responsible for identifying, designing and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance, improve stakeholder experience, reduce delivery risks and support the scalable growth of the Product organization. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to review existing operating models, streamline workflows, eliminate process inefficiencies and establish sustainable governance frameworks.
The role will serve as a catalyst for operational excellence, leveraging project management disciplines, process improvement methodologies, data-driven analysis, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation to transform how product initiatives are developed, governed, launched and managed throughout their lifecycle.

Experience in process redesign, workflow optimization and governance enhancement.

Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Process Improvement, Product Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, Insurance Operations or related disciplines.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent project management and process optimization qualifications.
Responsibilities
Product Development Process Optimization
Review and enhance Product Development Process, campaign and any other product-related processes to improve operational efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
Identify process bottlenecks, control gaps and improvement opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to simplify workflows, reduce turnaround times and strengthen controls.
Leverage AI, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify and deliver scalable business solutions.
Develop and maintain operating procedures, governance playbooks, delivery standards and process documentation.
Promote best practices in project governance, change management and execution discipline across the organization.
Product Development & Delivery Management
Manage product-related initiatives from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization as assigned by line manager.
Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, critical paths, dependencies and resource requirements.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through structured governance processes, facilitate discussions and decision-making among stakeholders.
Monitor delivery progress and proactively implement mitigation actions to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate with project team and present project status updates in regular meetings among the Product Implementation Committee (PIC).
Ensure all project documentation, approvals and governance requirements are completed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
